Norma Hanson dishes up Lutefisk

Norma Hanson dishes up lutefisk while 3rd generation cooker Glenn Anderson checks out the supply.

Lefse platters Several women sort, trim and plate the lefse which is then delivered to the tables.  They are careful to cover the plates with plastic so the lefse won't dry out.

Accordion player Gene Cook

Accordion player Gene Cook entertains the crowd with the rest of the members of his Cloverblossom Band.

Gene, who is a member of First Lutheran, is also instrumental in mixing the lefse dough.

His wife Anne takes over from there and oversees the lefse making marathon which nets us about 2,000+ pieces of lefse.
