are careful to cover the plates with plastic so the lefse won't
dry out. |

Accordion player Gene Cook entertains
the crowd with the rest of the members of his Cloverblossom
Band.
Gene, who is a member of First Lutheran,
is also instrumental in mixing the lefse dough. |
His wife Anne takes
over from there and oversees the lefse making marathon which
nets us about 2,000+ pieces of lefse.
